TIME TO SAY GOODBYE

TIME TO SAY GOODBYE

When it's time to say goodbye to the person you love is always a time of sadness and regret. However, over time, which is gratifying to know that you have been smart enough to finish the best possible way with that person with whom we shared beautiful moments, unlike of course, many couples end up quarreling and hating.
When you have an independent mind and lucid, you have the option to bring out the best in you and you are able to understand and accept that sometimes life's circumstances precipitated the end of something that might be a beautiful story yet.
When the factual, says that something is over, the person who has a clear mind must always ensure that everything runs on good terms and that things are in a unique friendship with the sincere hope that that person is loved will go as smoothly as possible, thanking you for the unforgettable moments. If you are noble, and intelligent you think so, otherwise if you are selfish and spiteful will be very difficult to assimilate this idea.
You can never rule out that love is reborn, but it should be spontaneous, without forcing anything, so time will tell. But if things do not change, knowing how beautiful is noble enough for a sincere desire "to be happy" to that special someone will always remember and that was part of your happiness.

I leave you with an appropriate song for the theme of the post.

DRUG-FREE EUPHORIA

10:18 1
DRUG-FREE EUPHORIA
Every time is more alarmingly the increasing number of people who are not masters of their will and try to deceive themselves talking about freedoms and filling the mouth of justifications for using drugs.
I have no doubt that most people who promote the idea of legalizing drugs are people who are completely surrendered to their own weaknesses.
They may try to justify saying that it would fight more effectively and drug trafficking can talk about the right to freedom of choice for adult people. All these are arguments as a smokescreen to hide their true motivation: free drugs without having to hide it, without feeling shame.
And of course, for these people weak-willed to the vice, legalizing drugs would be wonderful,no one could judge and could obtain the drug each time they want and facilities, and they would not have to go looking for his addiction to hidden places and sordid, but could get it at pharmacies.
Heard about the last time a known TV entertainer of Peru, say something like this: "It is good to have libertarian ideas about legalizing drugs," the entertainer said sometimes it is "not a bad smoke marijuana to relax."
Such material is not to attract the young, nor adults have more problems should love themselves and not self-destruct.
The search for states of euphoria to combat anxiety and stress that often humans are exposed in daily life, seem to some, the rationale for using drugs.
Drugs are gradually sapping our energies, do not be fooled into thinking that soft drugs like marijuana are harmless, someone had put a soft because it provides a state of arousal that aggressiveness does not seem to generate. What these apologists say no vice, is that marijuana is a substance that is not easily eliminated from the body and that frequent consumption over time can cause severe damage to the lungs, kidneys, liver and brain obviously.
Drugs are gradually sapping our energies, do not be fooled into thinking that soft drugs like marijuana are harmless, someone thought to name him "soft" because it gives you an excited state that does not involve aggression, but do not say these apologists of vice, is that marijuana is a substance that is not easily eliminated from the body which over time can cause severe damage to the lungs, kidneys, liver and brain obviously.
The issue is also to start using marijuana, expose a person to go a little further, and that's where you'll find millions of cases of people who went from marijuana to cocaine, with consequent deterioration not only their bodies but a lack of willingness to conduct more and more, which is directly proportional to the increased frequency of drug use over time.
The states of euphoria, joy, relaxation, they can all be achieved through auto-suggestion, with the power of the mind of the individual. A smart person knows that you can relax without drugs.
There is no need at all intoxicated with such drugs, soft or even less hard. In the case of marijuana or cannabis, only to say that the burnt grass, it's just crap.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence

The importance of emotional intelligence is related to learning to control our emotions. Achieving that emotional intelligence is what will allow us to really live a life of welfare, gaining more confidence.
Many people are deceived into thinking that high IQs, those which are determined by the test, or success in business gives us the label "confident", and that fact alone is enough to feel fulfilled. That is a false perception of things.
The surgeon can be more efficient, the best architect, the most honest lawyer, the outstanding player, the more enterprising merchant, but if you do not have in your life emotional intelligence will always be instability. The reason is very simple to explain but not easy to understand especially for those with a focused linear thinking in one direction in which they always are successful and others are wrong.
Many people who are successful in their careers and have problems in other aspects of their lives, are not able to handle them properly because their emotions overflow. It could put many examples of people who are brilliant in business and careers, but at the family or couple are totally unstable because they can not control their impulsivity, that is because of that person lacks the concept of the Emotional intelligence.
Many people who are successful in certain aspects of his life, are superb, and that pride makes them forget that in other areas they could also be the best.
The instability of these people because they do not have emotional intelligence and to achieve the first thing to do is to recognize in oneself one's own weaknesses and shortcomings, and to be harder speak of having to overcome that side "gross" and "stupid "that is in us.
From there, the analysis of these weaknesses, acknowledge them, you get something very valuable, acquire empathy. That is to understand what others feel, you begin to deflate the ego, and takes more care of the things said and the reactions that have, it's like all you mental prophylaxis free of egotism, of pride, pettiness and other mental conflicts that are affecting a part of our being. It's like a mental revolution, as you get used to monitor each of your thoughts to do the right thing not only for their own benefit but for the good of others. That is very important, because then our conscience is clear.
But of course, learning or acquiring Emotional Intelligence is a process that takes time, is a winding road with ups and downs, however, it is worth crossing because the control of our emotions is the key to our happiness.
And do not forget that this control involves perseverance in enacting positive thoughts in mind.
Finally I must say that acquiring empathy is the first step to develop such strong emotional intelligence, which is much more important in life, to achieve titles or achieve success at work, because control your emotions it gives genuine stability, to be emotionally intelligent is to have the right balance to properly assess successes and failures and to settle at the equilibrium point, exact point must always be the person who is calm, sane and happy.
